Insight Global is looking for experienced Oracle e-Business techno-function competencies with expertise in Oracle Financials Modules GL, AP and FA. This role requires a solid understanding of the Oracle e-Business R12 technical architecture and underlying table structures. This individual will partner with business/function management to assess project requirements, to lead design and delivery of solutions and to determine the best use of technology and system capabilities and functionality, to fulfill requirements of business.
This role is expected to interact with Rexels business u and IT. Strong communication skills are required, and the candidate needs to be a self-starter who can work independently and take complete ownership of project deliverables.
Individual should have good hands-on experience supporting Oracle e-Business R12 and able to recommend best practices using the EBS architecture. Individual will support existing functionality as well as implement new projects/capabilities.

Responsibilities include:
Interact with the business customer to support both the IT and Finance sides of Oracle Financials.
Serve as an application (functional and technical) and data expert.
Create Technical design documents and migration documents based on the business/functional requirements.
Developing system enhancements, reports and data integrations into Oracle modules or other third-party systems.
Design, develop code and create unit test plans for ensuring application code is functioning correctly.
Do analytical work to resolving production issues, then either fix the issue (process or program change) and /or define changes needed to fix issue to 3rd party vendor
Develop and deliver user training and user documentation.
Develops and executes system functional or end-to-end integration, regression and user acceptance test plans to check functional and technical solutions, and where possible, makes recommendations for improvement.

Participate in the following activities:
o Analyze and plan Oracle EBS upgrades
o Create and resolve service requests in collaboration with My Oracle Support
o Provide production support as per SLAs
o Continuously improve system performance and reliability by identifying opportunities for root cause analysis and automation

Required Skills & Experience
- 7 + years experience supporting and technology of Oracle EBS
- Prior Oracle EBS Financial Experience
- Strong functional knowledge in the Financial Functional modules: GL, AP and Fixed Assets
- Oracle Finance Functional and Technical experience in R12
- Strong knowledge in PL/SQL scripts, SQL query and UNIX
- Strong PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, XML Publisher
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge with OA/ADF Framework, Java, or Oracle Application Express (Oracle APEX)
