Title: Remote Payroll Specialist
Location: Malvern, Pa (Remote)
Schedule: Flexible can be a part-time position
Type: 2-3 month contract

The Payroll Specialist assists in the smooth operation of payroll for US site employees. The role will ensure the accurate, timely preparation and correct cost distribution of our client's wages, salaries, and related fringe benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Leads interactions with various external organizations to process payroll and coordinate 401K, insurance, accounting, and employment regulations.
• Communicate with employees concerning payroll, benefits, and HR policy changes or updates as necessary.
• Interacts with internal finance/controlling personnel in Europe to support the collection of information on the organization's performance.
• Onboarding of new employees including payroll and benefits enrollment, HR Handbook distribution and Q&A, and coordination with IT to ensure smooth employee start-up.

Requirements:

• Previous payroll processing experience within a payroll processing company is required
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with full US payroll processing
• Associate's degree with 2-3 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize, and analyze information
• Very strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
