As a Brand Marketing Campaign Producer for Diablo IV, you will lead operations and processes for Diablo IV mainline and seasonal marketing campaigns. Producers are the delivery lead for multi-tactic publishing campaigns, driving the overall planning process and tracking tactic creative development and production for various activations.
Candidates should be comfortable working under tight deadlines, have excellent organizational and time management skills, take direction and feedback from multiple parties, and easily adapt to shifting priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communications skills are necessary, as you must interact well with cross-functional teams and many stakeholders.
Youll work on content development initiatives for social, performance marketing, user acquisition advertising, video content, editorial materials, broadcast assets, branding, logos, style guides, event materials and more. And youll coordinate with the various teams within Blizzard to ensure deliverables are on-time and distributed across various channels.

Required Skills & Experience

Create, maintain, and distribute schedules for all projects.
Schedule and prioritize projects to ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule and within budget.
Manage milestones and deliverables with the project stakeholders in the US and with the regional teams to ensure assets are delivered when needed.
Mitigate project risks or potential threats. Adjust and communicate schedule updates as necessary to maintain final due dates.
Lead weekly project status meetings and communicate milestones to stakeholder group.
Act as liaison between Brand Marketing and all other departments worldwide for marketing materials -- Requesting assets, providing assets, and securing approvals.
Schedule and document all meetings needed for briefing, review, and approval of projects.
Manage the flow of assets and communication with external vendors
Manage purchasing, creating purchase requisitions and requesting any necessary contracts.
Partner with Brand Marketing team to lead campaign development, manage the planning process and timelines, and ensure campaign activations are delivered on time.
Lead asset production operations across various internal Marketing cross-functional teams to identify roadblocks early and ensure that projects and assets are delivered on-time and within the specified budget.
