* Active participation in Agile scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand Up, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives)

* Use JIRA & Confluence to manage, analyze, and convert business requirements into Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

* When needed, create supporting artifacts such as data migration rules, business rules, workflow diagrams to ensure successful translation of requirements into high-quality software

* Work with architects, developers, project manager, business partners to gain feedback, consensus, and clarification on requirements

* Work with developers and QA on requirements clarification and verification during sprint cycles

* Review of QA test cases and some assistance of general testing when needed

* Collaborate with Project Manager on prioritization conversations, timeline and road mapping

* Ensure sprint backlog is prioritized in alignment with overall product goals and roadmap

* Perform User Acceptance Testing as part of a 'Final Review' post QA

* Lead demos, create product documentation and training materials as part of feature handoff to business partners

* Assist development team during product releases with validations and release notes

* Derive product insights from qualitative feedback and site metrics/analytics

* Intake, support, troubleshooting of product bugs / issues / questions

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience working with Content Management Systems, such as Wordpress and Drupal

* 5+ years experience working as a Product or Project Manager

* Direct hands-on experience with writing user stories, refining product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements

* Proficient in Scrum/Agile methodologies (CSM is a plus)

* Proficient with Jira, Slack, Confluence

* Comfortable leading presentations with business partners and project stakeholders
