Remote Product Manager

Implementation and support the professional services from Bullhorn for Salesforce. Bullhorn for Salesforce is a cloud-based staffing and recruitment solution built on the Salesforce platform. It helps businesses manage staffing and recruitment operations. Bullhorn for Salesforce is also a strategic staffing and recruiting system of record that connects all areas of the business, giving firms a competitive edge.
- High level planning is already underway
- Next 3-4 weeks they will initiate official implementation
- Very complex project - need proven experience with project alignment, strategic recommendations, and collaboration

D2D:
- Product Manager will join the team during a heavy ramp up stage - will be provided with some training to learn the market, industry, company operations, policies, user types, and specialties.
- Participate in traditional product development onboarding process.
- Participate in planning and strategy sessions with the VP of Product, Product Managers, BSAs, and technical leads.
- Help drive the user discovery phase, activities, and workshop exercises.
- Drive implementation from legacy Salesforce to Bullhorn for Salesforce.
- Lead teams in Agile methodology through sprint planning, execution, and management.
- Provide strategic recommendations to product team on implementation roadmap, areas for improvement, and execution.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Background as a Product Manager (5+ years).
- Proven experience in defining product vision, ensuring product alignment, and leading a large-scale digital transformation.
- Ability to develop a roadmap that aligns with business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and drive user discovery.

2. Salesforce and ATS knowledge:
- Strong grasp of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities.
- Understanding of an ATS and how to perform an integration from Salesforce into the ATS.
- Experience with Salesforce product roadmaps, focusing on how to perform transition from legacy platform.

3. Staffing Industry Expertise:
- Strong preferred that the candidate understands the staffing lifecycle.
- Experience managing digital products related to staffing, particularly healthcare staffing.

4. Agile Methodology and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Experience leading teams in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA).

5. Strong skills in prioritizing feature sets and managing product backlogs with a focus on delivering business value incrementally.

6. Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Expertise in managing internal stakeholders (e.g., sales teams, leadership) and external partners (e.g., vendors, consulting firms) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate product strategy, technical requirements, and project status to both technical and non-technical audiences.

7. Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
