A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. This team provides internal consulting services for clients across The Company. This team leverages technology, data analytics, optimization, statistical and econometric modeling to build innovative tools that shape business decisions and drive business value.
As a Project Coordinator on the team, you will assist with communications activities related to our data analytics upskilling training program and department-wide communications related activities. You will also assist with the coordination, planning, and on-site execution of the annual Conference.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with messaging and communications for 20+ data analytics upskilling courses.
- Help execute internal department communication plans and department-wide initiatives.
- Support communications with conference attendees.
- Support Conference event logistics, such as registration, transportation, and accommodations.
- Assist with the coordination of all aspects of the conference based on guidance provided by Conference planning team members.
- Support the Conference planning team and content subcommittee through the presentation content review processes.
- Support sponsorship sales based on guidance from the sponsorship lead, including contract management and responding to sponsor inquiries

Required Skills & Experience
- At least 1 year of experience performing corporate communications, project management, or event management.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills, the ability to multitask, and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Communication sites.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in communications, project management, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Experience using Smartsheet.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign.
- Experience planning events in a corporate setting.
