Insight Global is seeking a Remote Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator for a Catholic non-profit organization in Detroit, Michigan. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Human Resources Director with posting internal jobs to their company website. You will then be evaluating the applicants on the job postings, reviewing resumes, and then scheduling preliminary phone screens to assess candidates suitability for the role and organization. After candidates have been vetted, you will send notes to the Director and add to the excel tracker for review. They do not have an applicant tracking system software, so this person must have strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also be responsible for assisting with the scheduling and coordination of interviews, as well as maintaining effective communication with hiring managers so excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. This role with be part-time, Monday-Friday (4-5 hours per day) and the client will be providing a laptop to use while on assignment. You do not have to be Catholic or religious but must be comfortable demonstrating, exemplifying, and supporting the Capuchin charism and the Provinces Mission, Vision and Values throughout all professional responsibilities and activities.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year of experience as a recruiting or HR coordinator

Experience screening applicants from job postings and scheduling interviews

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Effective communication, problem solving, and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates and hiring managers

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bilingual in Spanish

Prior experience working for a religious non-profit organization
