An employer for a retail and marketing agency is looking for a REMOTE Security analyst to join a team of 2+ members. This person will be building accounts and interfacing with Identity Management Solutions. This person will be starting the identity management program.

85% will be managing accounts/working with the ticketing queue & 15% will be troubleshooting/analysis/reporting, etc.

Responsibilities Include:

* Building accounts (Active Directory, Okta, etc)

* Processing requests making sure they get to the right person (audit requests)

* Ensuring requests are pushed through, then will be responsible for manually processing tickets

* Completing 10-15+ tickets/day - usually over 100+ in ticketing queue (troubleshooting automation tickets)

* Heavy emphasis access certification/ user reviews

* Identity Governance Administration Solutions - policies & integration points (Savient, Sailpoint, etc)

**This role is 100% REMOTE - flexible in any time zone**

**The employment would be a 6 MONTH CONTRACT, with possibility to be converted to Full Time Employee based on performance*

3+ years of experience as a Security Analyst

3+ years of experience with an Identity Tool (OKTA, Sailpoint)

3+ years of experience with a Ticketing System (Zendesk preferred)

2+ years of experience with Active Directory

Strong troubleshooting, analyzing data, and spreadsheet skills

Access Certification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

BA Degree/MBA
