JOB DESCRIPTION:
POSITION TITLE: Repair Team Lead
CAREER LEVEL/BAND: HRLY

ROLE SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSBILITIES

• Coordinate with Customer Service, Projects, Procurement, Engineering, Quality etc. to ensure customer/Repair Dept. issues and concerns are resolved.

• Specialize in being a Key User for SAP functions

• Ensure department critical Audits are performed and processes are being met.

• Drive daily continuous improvement and participate actively in workouts and events.""

• Responsibility to drive Lean methodology across all functions including: EHS, Quality, Productivity"

• Drive to ensure OTD and Utilization objectives"

• Create and drive Problem Solving / Issues and Opportunities for abnormalities"

• Work as an effective team member focused on meeting / exceeding business goals and creating a safe working environment & culture"

• Lead team through example"

• Provide constructive feedback and direction to team members"

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

• Commitment to team goals.

• Ability to work in a team environment

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Exel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Power Apps & Enovia

• Proficient in SAP
