We are currently looking for a Full Time Reporting Analyst to join our Vital Stats and Resource Information team located at the Communications Building working .
Summary:
This role prepares and evaluates departmental reports for purposes of evaluating communications efforts quantifiably and qualitatively. This position is responsible for meeting weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Extract information from various sources to help the department make informed decisions
* Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to assist in the identification of challenges and the development of solutions
* Monitor trends and relevant topics on various social media platforms, websites, community outreach notes, media and news outlets and other outlets identified
* Prepare and write qualitative reports on communications efforts for departmental leadership
* Evaluate extracted data to provide reports and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders to assist in appropriate messaging strategy to targeted audiences
* Create and maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation
* Serve as a backup for the research specialist
* Performs all other duties as assigned

Education:
Essential:
* High School, GED or Equivalent
Nonessential:
* Bachelors Degree in directly related field
Nonessential:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
Credentials:
Essential:
* Standard Driver's License
* Pass general background check
Working Conditions:
Essential:
* Pass pre-employment drug test
* Works in an office setting
* Sitting up to 75% of shift
* Sometimes lift and or carry up to 10 lbs
