Leidos Health & Civil Sector is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reporting Manager to join our team. This position directly supports programs which provide a broad array of information, resources, referrals, mental health coaching and specialized support for military members and their families worldwide. These programs are directly responsible for supporting military community quality of life issues.

The Reporting Manager:
  • Leads, directs, and manages a team of reporting analysts who prepare and provide data and artifacts for monthly status reports, such as monthly usage reports, case data reports, Contact Center reports, quarterly updates on the performance plan related to SLAs and performance metrics.
  • Responsible for supporting requests for record searches and records releases. Supports transition reporting during the Transition-In period.
  • Works with cross-functional teams including coordinating with the IT team and Data Analysts to generate tailored, canned, and ad-hoc reports as required and serves as the reporting lead on all monthly and technical status meetings and other periodic review meetings.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Compiles and reviews data for government monthly status reports and ad-hoc reports.
  • Provides data analysis for utilization of EAP services and resources.
  • Generates regularly scheduled reports and ad-hoc reports.
  • Develops and implements data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Reviews and escalates data errors or inaccuracies.
  • Identifies patterns and trends.
  • Leads, directs, and reviews the work of the reporting team.
  • Oversees the performance and productivity for the reporting team.
  • Reviews the work of the team and provides updates to the Director of Quality Control.
  • Cascades direction and guidance from the Director of Quality Control.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, and 4+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and insights for continuous improvements.
  • Proven proficiency in: Microsoft based tools including Word, Outlook, Excel; web based research; electronic documentation systems; business intelligence tools - Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
  • U.S. citizen and ability to speak fluent English.
  • Ability to pass a criminal history and fingerprint background checks, and credential review/verification.
  • This position is a remote position and requires a quiet, private, confidential space to work from as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard wired to your home or apartment (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home. Using a hot spot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with and/or for military communities.
  • Employee assistance program (EAP) or call center experience.
  • Proficiency in MySQL/MS SQL or comparable.

Pay Range: Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
