We are currently looking for a Full Time Reporting Specialist to join our Grant Reporting Team team located at the Youth & Family Building working .
Summary:
This position provides assistance to the grant project director for programmatic and financial reports.
Responsibilities:
* Advise the project developer of any financial requirements, if known, during the initial proposal process
* Responsible for identification of all financial reporting requirements and reporting timelines associated with awarded federal grant projects, contracts or agreements
* Participate in the post-award review meeting
* Manage the project reporting timelines for both programmatic and financial reporting and ensure reports are submitted on time
* Work with budgeting and support and internal audit, as needed, to coordinate data sharing and data collection
* Responsible for project close-out
* Responsible for auditing file throughout life cycle of grant
* Advise the reporting manager on any findings during reporting
* Maintains list of reporting due dates and keeps the reporting manager informed of any issues
* All other duties as assigned
