JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities Maintenance and Services member will perform routine maintenance duties, including rough carpentry, painting, basic equipment or facility repairs, and routine day-to-day cleaning throughout La Moderna Field. The position plays a key role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for players, team staff, and employees. All specialized carpentry, electrical work, or simple plumbing repairs will be performed under the supervision of qualified personnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Changes light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and perform similar minor electrical tasks.
• Assists with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture as needed.
• Maintains tools and maintenance equipment in working order and keeps the maintenance room in neat condition.
• Monitors and reports any discrepancies, damages, loss of property, or safety issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Maintains and cleans all concourse restrooms, hospitality areas, and seating bowl areas.
• Monitors the overall appearance and cleanliness of La Moderna Field
• Keeps inventory of supplies and equipment as well as maintains cleaning logs.
• Completes special projects and daily assignments as directed by the General Manager and Assistant Sales and Operational General Manager.
• Helps assure the health, safety, and security of co-workers and guests by following all procedures and rules throughout the locker room areas, seating bowls, and hospitality areas.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must comply with company policy for background checks screening.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to listen effectively, take, and execute directions given.
• Ability to work in large crowds for an extended period.
• Must be able to work long hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods; stand; walk; stoop; kneel; or crouch; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
