Summary

Operates entity based telecommunication systems effectively. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to effectively operate entity based telecommunications systems.
• Provides telecommunication support to patient, staff, physicians and community.
• Responds properly to all alarms and emergency situations.
• Responds to and reports telecommunications equipment failure.
• Completes assigned goals.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

Minimum: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.

Experience

Preferred: Healthcare experience.

Minimum: Entry level telecom Operator.

Special Skills

Preferred: Bilingual and proficient in current Microsoft computer products.

Minimum: Basic keyboarding and excellent customer service skills.
