Summary:
The ideal candidate should be very detail oriented, organized, and communicative. Knowledge of the video industry is preferred, as the Analyst will be responsible for supporting digital campaigns across our portfolio. The candidate should have the proven ability to work independently and reliably follow a set workflow on a daily basis. The candidate should show a strong enthusiasm to learn and a willingness collaborate with others.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Experience of digital advertising landscape and measurement tools
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with 3rd party digital ad campaign measurement
  • Familiarity/experience with Nielsen DAR tools, especially tagging through the CMI tool
  • Demonstrated expertise using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint (experience using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros is necessary)
  • Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex business environment and can manage time effectively to consistently meet deadlines
  • Experience of digital programmatic landscape and monetization techniques (Trading Desks, DSP's, Exchanges, SSP's, DMP's, PMP's) an added plus
  • Experience with internal digital ad server measurement (Freewheel, Google Ad Manager) is a plus
  • Excellent client service, organizational abilities, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Own key reporting on ad measurement across company brands, including viewability reporting, audience guarantees estimates, and other ad hoc measurement analyses
  • Leverage large data sets to develop succinct, straight-forward and topline analyses for a range of clients, including Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and Account Management
  • Identify industry trends and updates as it pertains to ad measurement
  • Creating digital tags in the Nielsen Digital Ad Ratings (DAR) Campaign Management Interface (CMI) for all WBD digital properties
  • Troubleshooting tag or DAR reporting issues with Nielsen and internal Client Success teams
  • Review and process invoices, and ensure spend reconciles with existing budget projections

Pay Range: $20-$22/hr
