General Summary of Position
We are actively recruiting for a Research Data Coordinator to support the Anatomic Pathology Lab team at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC.
Monitors research protocols for the Department of Radiation Medicine clinical research efforts. Supports interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical and resource outcomes. Organizes various screenings, educational sessions, and conferences for patients and families. Maintains data tracking in accordance with various governing and accrediting bodies, and is responsible for abstracting and reporting statistical information. These functions are performed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and Georgetown University's philosophy, policies, procedures, and standards.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree required

Experience
- 3-4 years related experience required
- Familiarity with clinical research protocols and the research process required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Incumbent will need to work closely with surgeons and patients.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
