Position Summary

This position assists the infectious diseases laboratory and emerging diseases research group with pathogen genotyping and complex full genome sequencing.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Expertise in high 'throughput' sequencing and PCR-based diagnostic test development and validation for microbes and particularly Chlamydial organisms.
