Posting Summary

Provide technical and administrative guidance and perform data management functions in support of University research projects in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Duties include patient screening, follow-up, teaching and mentoring, data extraction and analysis. Provide staff training on research protocols and certifications.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelor degree in a related field and one to three years' related experience required.

Desirable Qualifications

Clinical background including EMS certification ( EMT , AEMT or Paramedic).

Experience with RedCap, Microsoft Office (Excel), SPSS , STATA .

Anticipated Pay Range

$20/hr to $24/hr

Non-standard work hours required, Bargaining unit position, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, Contingent on continued funding, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, Background Check required for this position
