Research Study Assistant (Dr. Jennifer Reese)

The research lab of Jennifer Reese, PhD, in the Cancer Prevention and Control Program at Fox Chase Cancer Center is seeking highly motivated, responsible candidates for a new full-time on-site Research Study Assistant position. Work in the Reese lab centers on developing interventions that aim to improve sexual health outcomes, relationships, and quality of life for cancer survivors. We have several upcoming trials supported by the National Cancer Institute that may fund this position. All projects relate to the topic of sexual health in cancer, and thus the candidate must be comfortable discussing sensitive issues including sexual health with individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer. Strong attention to detail for this position is a must, as is the ability to both work well within a team and individually. Candidate must be organized and have excellent communication. Prior research experience is a plus.

Education
Bachelors Degree : Psychology, Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience
General experience working in cancer research, public health, or behavioral science (Required)
