Job Summary:
A Research Technologist 3 position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Paul Burridge in the Department of Pharmacology and the Center for Pharmacogenomics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, IL.

We are looking for highly motivated and creative candidates with an interest in studying SNPs and molecular mechanisms involved in chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity using patient-specific hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes. The role will involve hiPSC culture and cardiac differentiation, assisting with experiments, maintaining detailed records, lab management, equipment/reagent ordering, analyzing genomic information, training on a variety of high throughput and high-content screening/imaging platforms, and responsibility for health and safety.
