Residential Install Technician - Janesville, WI

A customer of Insight Global is looking for an Install Technician to support their existing customer base on site in Janesville, Wisconsin. This individual will be responsible for converting existing customers from older generation systems to their newest products at various residential sites in the local territory. Based on experience we are looking to pay $19-$22/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Comfortable working 40+ hours a week
- Familiar with power and hand tools (i.e Screwdrivers, Wire Cutters, and Drills)
- Basic understanding of networks and internet (i.e how routers, modems, and mesh points interact and what they are, what is a causes internet lags, etc)
- Comfortable working with smart devices and applications
- Excellent customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 1 year of experience installing security equipment
- 1 year of professional customer service experience
- Technical training
