Pride Institute is seeking a dynamic and talented Dual Licensed Therapist + $5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. Purpose: To provide direct care to patients with psychiatric and substance abuse conditions in an acute setting. Responsible for collaborating with the patient, family/support, multidisciplinary team, outside providers, and community agencies to support and coordinate treatment and discharge planning. Responsible for continuing own personal development to enhance practice. Works with adult, adolescent, children and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Human Services related field. Preferred: Master's in Social Work
• Current active and unrestricted State of Minnesota License from the Minnesota Board of Behavioral and Therapy
• Required Dual Licensure: LADC + LPCC/LICSW
• At least one (1) year of clinical experiences in a behavioral health setting
• They must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and a UA drug test.
