Insight Global is looking for a Lead Chemical Operator to sit at their Resin facility in Chattanooga, TN. Main responsibilities consist of processing raw materials into finished polymeric materials using automated equipment, including pressure reactors, vacuum systems, DCS, pumps, flow meters, etc. This position will be performing in process and finished quality testing of the raw materials in the analytical lab and also needs to have experience operating distillation equipment. The ideal candidate will also have experience supervisor junior operators and managing various projects at different stages simultaneously.

This position is available on 2nd and 3rd shift only, so candidates need to be open to working either of those shifts.

- Mid level experience working in a chemical manufacturing setting
- mid to senior level supervision experience
- High School Diploma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- HAZMAT Training
- Experience with Polymer or Reaction chemistry
