- Perform Water Mitigation Services and/or Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration Services to restore customers properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Maintain records of services in job management software.
- Foster open communication with team members, property owners, office personnel, company management, and insurance adjustors.
- Provide best in class customer service for the homeowners
- Ability to work 8a - 5p Monday through Friday with 1 week a month of on-call 24/7 availability (Which doesn't happen much)

* Strong history of performance; experience within the industry is preferred but not required.

* High school diploma or GED

* Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team

* Possession of a valid driver's license
