HOURS - From 12-20 hours per week
Sales position:
Stock & merchandise, signage, keeping the dept neat and tidy.

This position will require an individual that has top notch customer service skills and experience. They will be coordinating with our IKEA Business customers on business orders and will be communicating with them via email, over the phone and in person (in store only). They will also need to possess a strong ability to stay organized, multitask and need to follow up with the customer to ensure that they had a fantastic purchasing experience with IKEA.

5 days availability needed.
SHIFT - Seeking work schedule availability of 5 days,
weekends - Friday, Saturday, Sunday -requirement (8am-11pm)
During the week- minimum 4pm-11pm
The operations generally range between the window of 8am to 11pm, and the work schedules are published three weeks in advance.

PAY - The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $16.90 to $24 and will be based on IKEA's relevant work experience and other factors.

What you'll be doing day to day
• Assisting customers and providing advice on the best solutions for their homes.
• Keeping your sales floor tidy, priced and fully stocked to give customers a positive shopping experience.
• Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products and services to inspire and inform customers.
• Guiding customers toward top-selling and prioritized products.
• Assembling display products for the introduction of new products.

1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector
