We are currently looking for a Full Time Retail Supervisor to join our team located at Megastar Travel Stop.

Summary:
Manages the overall day to day operations of the Retail store at a facility level. Ensure inventory and profitability is operating at highest level of capacity.

- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
- May provide break coverage for others as assigned
- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
* Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Maintains files, logs, and records
* Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information
* Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development
* Maintain knowledge of and enforce all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Prepares weekly reports
* Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
* Assigns, reviews, monitors and ensures performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility
- Participates in candidate selection process
- Assigns tasks and responsibilities of assigned staff
- Reviews and documents work effectiveness of assigned staff
- Coaches and corrects assigned staff through performance deficiencies
- Observes and documents work behaviors of assigned staff
- Ensures cooperative and respectful work relationship of assigned staff including interpersonal training and resolving internal issues
* Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines for assigned work area
* May be required to act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the manager to ensure all operational standards are maintained
* Manages and orders office inventory, equipment, uniforms and other operational supplies
* Manages assigned budgets - preparation, forecasts, expense management, approvals, reporting, etc.
* Plans staff to meet operational needs
* Stocks inventory; several times during shift by placing products on display shelf for customer availability
* Participates in job candidate interviewing and selection process
* All other duties as assigned
