Retirement Services Product Manager, Workday

We are currently seeking a Retirement Services Product Manager, Workday to join our team.

This position is responsible for overall integration and interactions for the Workday application in the Retirement Services business unit. This includes release testing and upgrade management, needs assessment, product roadmap development, vendor management and product integration management. This position collaborates with the Retirement Services Business Solutions team and is responsible for continuous improvement and enhancements to the application(s) under their purview.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all facets of the Workday integration including release management, product roadmap, high-level requirements gathering, and user experience enhancement strategies. Ensures the application aligns with the company’s overall strategy and goals, as well as financial goals for the department.
  • Guides the Retirement Services Workday integration and interacts with other enterprise Workday users to facilitate vendor requests and updates.
  • Manages the coordination and execution of testing for application releases and installations in the department.
  • Contributes to business planning in support of product strategy objectives.
  • Oversees the product roadmap and product positioning.
  • Works closely with Operations, Compliance, and other Insperity units to fulfill business goals.
  • Promotes the Business Unit’s product strategy across the organization.
  • Communicates business value, product and feature availability, positioning, and messaging to cross-functional teams, other business units and senior management as appropriate.
  • Manages and oversees multi departmental projects reporting status to Management as appropriate.
  • Evaluates and reports on current application performance and usage.
  • Provides level 1 support as the primary departmental resource during Disaster Recovery situations.
  • Serves as the first level troubleshooter for application issues experienced in the Retirement Services area.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or work equivalent is required.
  • Five to seven years of managing a product or application is preferred.
  • Understanding of how payroll processes affect retirement plans is preferred.
  • Technical aptitude is required.
