Job Title: Revenue Integrity Analyst

Pay: $25 - $27 per hour

About Our Client:

We are partnering with a healthcare company seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to ensure revenue accuracy and verify insurance contracts. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong analytical and mathematical skills, especially in contract management and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure revenue is accurate and up-to-date for all accounts based on contract terms.
• Verify insurance details and make necessary adjustments.
• Utilize Excel for data management and reporting.
• Perform auditing throughout the process, including pre- and post-billing audits.
• Work with UB-04 forms and handle collections when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Contract experience with knowledge of fee schedules, per diem rates, and reimbursement structures.
• Collections experience, particularly with UB-04 forms.
• Above-average math skills; strong ability to calculate fees and payments.
• Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms.
• Proficiency in Excel.
