Description

The Substitute Special Projects Coordinator will be responsible for creating data systems to monitor and analyze processes to identify needs, address issues and adjust implementation efforts as needed.

  • Lead and oversee strategic initiatives and specialized projects, ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives. Evaluate project outcomes to gauge efficacy and impact.
  • Conduct comprehensive data collection, auditing, reporting, and analysis to provide actionable insights to staffing teams, facilitating informed decision-making and future planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the substitute team, analyzing trends and patterns in data to optimize staffing strategies and resource allocation.
  • Drive process optimization and innovation by adapting and enhancing existing systems and procedures. Provide guidance and ongoing professional development to staff to achieve established objectives.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to department and district executive leadership, effectively communicating data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Identify operational needs and develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to streamline workflows and ensure consistent practices across the department.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for data refinement and enhancement, implementing systematic approaches to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies.
  • Develop strategic frameworks for managing data to support future analysis and decision-making processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in staffing services, leveraging insights to identify synergies and areas for improvement across teams.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to organizational success.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
  • Master's degree from an accredited university is preferred.
  • 2+ years of direct experience required.
  • Experience with Power BI tools and BI systems required.
  • Moderate to Advanced knowledge of the following systems: Oracle Discoverer, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Access, and Excel.
  • Experience with statistics and/or data governance preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with multiple data sources.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
