Description & Requirements

How you will contribute to the practice:

• By leading the firm's overall GRC efforts for F1000 clients, which includes developing: a strategy product offerings and solutions, marketing materials; and by targeting partnerships and prospective clients in the financial services, technology, media, telecommunications, and commercial products industries.
• Driving revenue growth and brand awareness.
• Developing partnerships with GRC vendors, implementing SLAs, and monitoring progress.
• Ensuring F1000 engagement teams provide high quality work and excellent client service.
• Driving collaboration across the consulting practice to develop GRC product offerings and solutions.
• Marketing and cross-selling GRC product offerings and solutions across the consulting practice.
• Ensuring GRC teams are meeting: client objectives, deadlines, and budget expectations.
• Ensuring deliverables are high quality, accurate, and written for the intended audience.
• Serving in a leadership role on client work and relationship management.
• Supporting the development, training and mentoring of our staff.
• Executing and leading all phases of the engagement lifecycle.

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

• Can develop and drive GRC solutions for F1000 clients.
• Strong understanding of business process and IT controls.
• Can develop and grow teams that can support GRC and related Internal Audit projects.
• Can train and develop teams to implement, trouble shoot, and operate GRC programs.
• Ability to quickly assess and analyze client situations and develop solutions.
• Ability to communicate, both oral and written, to executives and staff
• Exercising judgment in determining client interactions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client projects, while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to recruit, train and retain our staff to provide GRC services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12 or more years of experience, in industry or a professional services firm, providing GRC services and developing partnerships.
• BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Ability to travel at a minimum of 40-50%
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficient in GRC and related digital technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or Business

New York City Pay Transparency

Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.
