Risk Analyst (Richmond,Kennesaw)

Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading financial organization in Richmond, VA | Kennesaw, GA for a contract Risk Analyst to assist their team. It will be a Hybrid role.
Title: Risk Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA | Kennesaw, GA (Need Local)
Duration: 12+ months

Skills and Qualifications:
Required Skills:-
1. 5+ years of experience in financial industry and some level of risk experience.
2. Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and SharePoint.
3. Experience working with MRAs, Regulatory deliverables, Consent Orders, Audit, or Issues Management.
4. Strong program/project management.

Preferred skills/experience
1. Proven ability to successfully lead major projects/large work efforts.
2. Experience in banking technology (ideally with some years at BAC)
3. Any Risk or Audit certifications (CISA, CISSP)
4. Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of aligning key stakeholders, building consensus, and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to influence peers/stakeholders and build trust engaging with (SMEs, 1LQA, 2nd line/3rd line).
5. Exceptional communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally and to feel comfortable synthesizing content from subject matter experts to clearly articulate complex subject matters to a variety of audiences. Ability to present key messages, recommendations, and information in a clear, concise, and insightful way to executive level leadership at meetings including (SLT, KRR, Reg. Steerco)
