Risk Management Specialist, Capital Underwriting

Come join Intuit's Account Risk Management team as a Risk Management Specialist with our QuickBooks Capital Underwriting department. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an operations mindset and strong analytical skills to support our QuickBooks customers in their quest for funding to grow their business. This role is hybrid and will require 2-3 days in the office per week. Must be able to work Saturdays + Sundays and most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Using our proprietary models, you will analyze information provided on commercial loan applications and other third party sites to determine credit worthiness and appropriately assess risk
• Apply defined procedures to independently review and evaluate new and existing customers
• Determine outcome of loan applications while adhering to Compliance and regulatory requirements
• Make outbound calls to customers to validate information when necessary
• Improve Underwriting process, policy, and workflow while identifying areas in need of further incremental improvement
• Raise organizational awareness of issues and works to mitigate risk
• Plan for efficient Underwriting workflow as the business scales
• Completes all assigned loans daily maintaining the department established SLAs
