The Global Technology Risk Organization: The Issue Management Analyst supports the Global Technology Risk Organization. This role is responsible for oversight of the issue portfolio health & adherence, analysis of trends with actionable outcomes, and Operational Excellence efforts to identify opportunities to better sustain ongoing controls. This role may include development of guidance for best practices / training documentation, internal playbook maintenance, engagement in process improvement workstreams and interaction with risk managers / issue managers across the Global Technology Risk organization.

Required Skills & Experience
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of technology risk and control / technology risk management
• Ability to update/manage procedures and documentation
• Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrates accountability and ownership
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others, enjoys working in a team environment
• Drives timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently
• Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Technical knowledge of systems and related infrastructure/architecture
• Subject matter knowledge in technology and/or information security processes
• Prior business process management or control framework knowledge
• Bachelors degree
