Job Title : RN Case Manager
Location : Tuba City, AZ 86045
Contract : 13 weeks ; 3*36hrs
Shift : M - F 8am - 5pm
Start date : 10/21/2024

Pay Rate : $80/hr

Requirements :

• Must have minimum 3+ years of experience
• Must have Active RN AZ license
• Must have AZ Finger Print Card
• Must have through BLS AHA
• Must be fully vaccinated
