Responsibilities:

All aspects of branch clinical patient care
Review and evaluate all referrals
Coordination and supervision of care to clients
Staff Education and Training related to clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement
Standards of Performance for Branch Operations

Requirements

Current License as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN
Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience in home care
Minimum 1 year experience in a Medicare certified home care agency
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical skills
