Description

The Children's Health Center clinic is seeking to hire an compassionate and problem-solving RN Coordinator to support our Pediatric Gastroenterology patients in our community practices . You will be responsible for maintaining efficient patient flow; clinical assessment; planning, initiating, and following up on medical interventions and diagnostic work-ups; and communicating with patient/family/physicians. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assess patient's regimen of care, provide care plan oversight
• Oversee the treatment process from initial referral throughout patient follow-up
• Work closely with internal and external staff to ensure the patient is receiving the appropriate care
• Develop clinical protocols and procedures
• Community outreach and education
• Coordination of medical authorizations and referrals

Salary Range: $59.46 - $88.39 Hourly
