Minimum Education
Master's Degree (Required)

Minimum Work Experience
5 years (Required)

Required Skills/Knowledge
Excellent communication and human relations skills.
Advanced computer skills/familiarity with business software.
General office equipment skills.

Required Licenses and Certifications
Registered Nurse in District of Columbia (Required)

Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (BLS for Providers) (Required)

Participates in Fiscal Planning
  • Prepares the department /service budget in keeping with CNMC mission and vision and implements based on department/service goals and objectives
  • Evaluates financial performance reports, develops financial plans accordingly with the department/service managers and supervisors and assists the manager/supervisors in execution of the financial plan
  • Monitors changes and trends in health care delivery services and analyzes impact on the department/service financial outcomes. Responds to trends in a fiscally responsible manner
Communicates Effectively
  • Communicates with exemplary skill in order to promote interdepartmental collaboration, planning, and achievement of CNMC goals
  • Facilitates complex problem solving throughout the organization by collaborating with CNMC department and through developing of staff to initiate problem-solving behavior
