- Prepares the department /service budget in keeping with CNMC mission and vision and implements based on department/service goals and objectives
- Evaluates financial performance reports, develops financial plans accordingly with the department/service managers and supervisors and assists the manager/supervisors in execution of the financial plan
- Monitors changes and trends in health care delivery services and analyzes impact on the department/service financial outcomes. Responds to trends in a fiscally responsible manner
- Communicates with exemplary skill in order to promote interdepartmental collaboration, planning, and achievement of CNMC goals
- Facilitates complex problem solving throughout the organization by collaborating with CNMC department and through developing of staff to initiate problem-solving behavior
- Contributes to the mission and vision of CNMC and the department/service goals through creative thinking and planning
- Identifies trends and areas for systems improvement through critical analysis, expert planning and collaborative interdepartmental initiatives
