RN Health and Wellness Director

The RN Health and Wellness Director will serve as the leader overseeing clinical care and their team at the 32 memory care unit and 22 assisted living unit facility. Duties of the director include assessing resident care level, driving occupancy, reviewing and updating care plans for residents, onboarding, training new hires, etc. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing their clinical staff and maintaining strong relationships with residents.

Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of managerial/leadership experience
- Must be either LPN or RN in the state of Ohio
- Experience working within assisted living or similar field (long term care, home health, rehab, skilled living, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Relationship building/leadership skills
