*OT rate - $93.72

*Weekly Gross - $2,249.28 [$1,087.28 taxable | $1,162.00 stipend]

*Lodging - $749.00

*M&IE - $413.00

*36 hours in a week/3 Shifts/ 12 hours in a day/7pm-7am

Requirements.

*Minimum 1 year of experience in LTC required

*NY license required
