Position Summary:

The Carlinville Rural Health Clinic is looking for a RN or LPN who is able to provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled parties in the rural health setting.

Department: Rural Health Clinic

Status: Full-Time; 40 hours per week; Non-Exempt; Days; possible rotating weekends

Education Requirements: Varies depending on applicant's credentials.

RN - Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; Current Illinois Nursing License in good standing without disciplinary action

LPN - Graduate of approved school for Licensed Practical Nursing and three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination; Current IL license as a LPN

Competencies and Skills:

• Current BLS required
• ACLS preferred
