Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards during the night shift.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the oncoming day shift team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a night shift team
