A nursing agency based out of New York State is currently seeking a strong RN Supervisor, Clinical Operations to oversee a team of virtual RNs. Candidate will be responsible for assisting SNFs (nursing homes) with charting compliance including creating & updating care plans, reviewing clinical alerts, as well as conducting bedside assessments via telehealth.
**Salary: Up To $150K per year (Depending on Experience)**

Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor, Clinical Operations:
- Supervise a team of virtual RNs (registered nurses), providing guidance, support, and ongoing training
- Oversee the creation of care plans, progress notes, orders, and other clinical chart review items for nursing homes
- Develop and implement reporting and tracking mechanisms to monitor the RNs (registered nurses) work
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to nursing staff as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
Qualifications of the RN Supervisor, Clinical Operations:
- Must have current New York RN license
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must be able to provide clinical expertise and guidance to nursing staff as needed
- Must have previous supervisory experience in long-term care/skilled nursing
- Must have knowledge of compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA
- Must be able to conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Must be able to work remotely
