RN Supervisors Overnight Shift

Encore Village of Schaumburg is currently hiring for RN Supervisors for overnight shift. Sign on Bonus payable after 6 months and 12 months. $3,750 paid out after 6 months and $3,750 paid out after 12 months.

The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the care and services provided within the Briarwood Healthcare Center in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Nurse Supervisor serves as a mentor and role model responsible for demonstrating understanding, patience, tact, and courtesy in dealing with associates, residents, families and visitors. Maintains knowledge of current long-term care regulations and programs in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Current RN Licensure with the State of Illinois
• Graduated from accredited nurse program
• Current CPR Card
• Minimum one year Long Term Care experience
• Clinical experience in the care of residents who reside in long term care
