PSI is looking for a RN- School Health Screener to support Public, Private and Charter Schools performing State Mandated Health Screenings and Immunization Record Review & Report on the West Side of Cleveland.

Responsibilities

• Administer school health screenings that may include vision, hearing, and scoliosis.
• Perform students' immunization record review and report.
• Supervise and monitor health support staff including additional screeners.
• Provide and promote relationships between community health, providers and students, parents, and the community at large.

Qualifications

Must have current RN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing. Experience with children preferred but not required.
