Nurses int the Johns Hopkins Howard County Meical Center's Center for Perioperative Optimization work in an outpatient clinic setting supporting patients prior to scheduled surgery. They collaborate within the multi-disciplinary CPO clinic team, as well as perioperative services to assure patients are safely prepared for the day of surgery.

Shift: Full-time Days, 8 Hour Shifts

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree from Accredited Nursing Program required. BSN/MSN matriculation required within 6 months of hire and completion of degree within 5 years of hire.
    • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
    • BLS CPR certification through AHA, Red Cross, or Military training required
    • Acute Care RN work experience required

    Important Notices:

    ***Nurses hired with an Associate's degree in nursing must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of your start date.

    ***Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.

    Salary Range: Minimum 43.57 per hour - Maximum 67.53 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

    In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
