Road Maintenance Technician- Daytime

Overview

Join Sunday River's team as a Daytime Road Maintenance Technician! This position maintains all resort roads and parking lots during the winter season and works with other departments on an as-needed basis for various construction projects throughout the year. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alone and in inclement weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and vehicles for road and parking lot maintenance
• Load trucks with sand and salt and spread in vehicle traffic and foot traffic areas
• Repair, ditch, and edge roads year-round
• Work both days and nights when needed according to weather

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• A CDL-B license is preferred and mandatory when operating certain pieces of equipment.
• Previous plowing experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required

Compensation & Benefits

• Wages range from $17 to $21 per hour, depending on experience
