Our client, a high-profile global corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician to join their Robotics team. This key role at their Westborough, MA facility focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing test equipment for cutting-edge robotics work cell sub-assemblies to support their Global Robotics Operations Team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment to align successfully with this organization.

Job Title: Robotics Manufacturing Test Technician

Location: Westborough, MA

Pay Range: $35/HR on Experis W2

What's the Job?

• Promote a safety-first culture and lead by example within our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Execute routine and specialized tests to ensure product quality and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, utilizing end-of-line test equipment.
• Utilize diagnostic tools (vendor software, multi-meters, oscilloscopes) for troubleshooting controls components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing test systems (automated test solutions developed by internal manufacturing test engineering team)
• Demonstrate proficiency in PLC systems (e.g. Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens), including troubleshooting ladder logic.

What's Needed?

• Electrical engineering fundamentals
• Industrial controls/automation
• PLC system knowledge/programming
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a test technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
