As Room Attendant, you're responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms in an efficient and timely manner ensuring maximum guest satisfaction to the standards of MotorCity Casino Hotel.

Additionally, you'll:

• Clean and service 13 to 16 guest rooms per day
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
• Maintain cart in a neat orderly manner at all times
• Complete related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to effectively communicate with the guest and provide directions if needed
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet departmental and company standards
