RPO - Director, Head of Infrastructure Transformation

*This role will be hybrid onsite 2 days per week in either the Chicago, IL or New York*

The Head of Infrastructure Transformation will lead the banks efforts in transforming its technology infrastructure to support innovation, efficiency, and growth. This role is critical in overseeing project delivery, spend, vendor contracts, process engineering, automation, and optimization within the banks technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives and delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role will also have a team of 6-8 senior infrastructure project managers reporting into them and will provide leadership, mentorship, and career development opportunities for team members.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology infrastructure management, with a focus on infrastructure transformation, managing vendor relationships and contracts, project spend, project delivery, and process engineering.
5+ years in a senior leadership role within the banking or financial services industry (regulated environments).
Experience in leading large-scale IT infrastructure transformation projects within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, data center operations, networking, and cybersecurity.
Expertise in process engineering and automation technologies, with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects successfully.
Experience and ability to navigate across technology operations, infrastructure, and application development teams across multiple initiatives to identify & where appropriate resolve issues, dependencies, conflicts, and then efficiently drive key work.
You have strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on developing talent and driving results.
