Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive information security program that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data encryption.
  • Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
  • Manage security incidents and ensure effective response and recovery procedures are in place.
  • Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Work collaboratively with IT, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure security is integrated throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in information security management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
  • Proven experience in security risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant security tools and technologies.
  • Certifications such as CISM.
